This Privacy Policy explains what information this website, enjoyjapan.aozoragraphix.net (“this site”), collects and how it is used.
Who we are
This site is a personal blog run by enjoyjapan, an individual based in Japan.
Information we collect
Comments. When you leave a comment, this site collects the data shown in the comment form (your name, email address, and comment), plus your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam. Your email address is never shown publicly.
Contact form. When you send a message through the Contact page, this site collects your name, email address, and message, only to reply to you. These messages are not shared with anyone.
Cookies. If you leave a comment, you may choose to save your name and email in cookies so you don’t have to fill them in again. These cookies last for one year.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that messages are sent by people, not spam bots. To do this, Turnstile collects technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type (user agent), and other signals about how the page is loaded, and sends it to Cloudflare, Inc. This information is used only to tell people and bots apart. For details, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles may include embedded content (for example, maps or videos). Embedded content behaves in the same way as if you visited the other website, and that website may collect data about you.
Advertising and analytics
This site does not currently show ads or use analytics tools. If this changes, this policy will be updated before they are added.
Affiliate links
This site does not currently use affiliate links. If this changes, it will be clearly stated in this policy and in the articles that contain them.
How long we keep your data
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so that follow-up comments can be approved automatically. Contact form messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data this site holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted. Please send your request through the Contact page.
Where your data is stored
